Milan Koev


Chief Executive Officer

Milan has experience in project development and asset management and was involved in projects worth over US$1B. He was responsible for the development and execution of large scale utility projects in Southeast Asia, including some of the largest projects in the region. 

Milan also acted as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Asia-Pacific for one of world’s most prominent solar panel manufacturer - REC Group. He was overseeing the business entities of REC with 7 regional offices, managing 14 countries throughout APAC and was responsible for over US$200m revenue per year with a team of 25 key account managers. 

Dong-Hyun Song


Managing Director S. Korea

Dong-Hyun has over 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor and LCD field and 5 years in sales and marketing for PV equipment and developing and financing of solar power plants in South Korea, Japan and Sri Lanka in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer of E Solutions Corp. Korea. He has in addition been involved in dealing with Biomass and Bio Oil power projects.

Prior to E Solutions, Dong-Hyun was a country representative of ET Solar Korea, responsible for the company's business operations in the country. 

Go Sekiguchi


Managing Director, Japan

Go started his career in solar in 2012 with REC and soon after he was promoted to a Managing Director for Japan, where he was responsible for the business operations of the group in the country.

After REC, he served as a Sales Director for Europe Solar Innovation and moved later on as Managing Director of Kairos - an established trading house in Japan, specialised in renewable energy equipment. 

Jose Martin


Managing Director Thailand

As an entrepreneur, Jose has launched several companies. Currently he is a Managing Director of Energreen Asia based in Thailand, a company mainly based on customer needs, focusing on saving costs by using renewable energy solutions, particularly solar, where he is involved in the construction of over 20 rooftop projects and several solar farms throughout Thailand.

His career in solar started in 2010 with Assyce Group, which he established in Thailand, followed by a Country Manager assignment for REC Solar. 

Wilicks Nger


Director Singapore/Malaysia


Trained as a Mechanical Engineer from Nanyang Technological University (graduated in 1998), Wilicks spent a good 6 years assuming technical project construction roles with Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing and Hewlett Packard Singapore. From 2005 to 2009, he took on the role of General Manager with a German Company - Röchling Engineering Plastics, led and developed the business in Asia. His first foray entrepreneurship was in July 2009, when he founded the Solar EPC Company - Polymeur Sun Singapore Pte Ltd. In 2015, the solar system solution business expanded to Malaysia, under subsidiary, Polymeur Sun Malaysia. 

Wilicks Nger attended the Off-Grid solar course under SEDA (Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia). He has over 10 years of Solar Design, Construction and Project Management experiences, and has managed over 5MW of C&I Solar Projects in Singapore and Malaysia, including projects for House and Development Board, Land Transport Authority and one of the biggest off-grid projects in Southeast Asia - a 3.5 MWp project in Serawak, Malaysia. 

Leo Tamayo


Managing Director Philippines

Graduated from Don Bosco Technical College-Philippines, former Pres & COO -CKPT Construction & Technologies, providing design engineering solutions and CME services for mobile networks and fiber optic backbone deployments and in-building solutions in the Philippines. Leo started his career in Renewables in 2014. Founded Trinergy Renewables Corporation, focusing on EPC services for rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants for the C&I market, organising CORE-Community Owned Renewable Energy and a Founding Partner of Energy Storage Philippines and WATTSNEXT. Currently working on PPA /PSA/Equipment Lease Agreement solutions for top manufacturing corporations and power utilities companies in the Philippines. Trinergy has built the first ever commercial roof solar plant in Baguio City Philippines.
